All party decorations and furniture items are rented on a temporary basis and must be returned at the end of the agreed rental period. Zivranexvrxapao provides pickup and return services as part of our standard rental agreement.
Our team will coordinate with you to schedule the return pickup. Items should be:
Rented items must be returned in the same condition as when delivered, accounting for normal wear and tear. Customers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, which may result in additional charges.
Late returns may incur additional rental fees. Please contact us immediately if you anticipate any delays in returning items so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Rental reservations may be cancelled or modified according to the terms specified in your rental agreement. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation relative to your event date.
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis according to the terms of your rental agreement. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
